Computer started freezing when I atempted to exit games, through research I decided I needed up to update my GPU bios. While I was attempting this with NVflash, I started getting more freezes. I kept having to hard reset my PC through holding down the power button. Windows prompted me with a troubleshoot or reset. I found nothing in the troubleshoot so I reset. It froze during the reset. I attempted another reset and it froze again. I decided I would just reinstall windows. The computer has now froze during the windows reinstall. This build is just two weeks old.

This is my build:

You may or may not kill the GPU.

For AMD ryzen, the PC freezes may casue by the RAM in higher speed, like your 3200mhz. Usually recommend to run at or below 3000mhz. If you want to run 3200mhz, you have to update the BIOS to newer one, also tweak the RAM timing in the BIOS.
