Frequent ping fluctuation and disconnects

Hello,

I've been having issues with this for a while now despite talking to my isp and having them run line checks and so on. The issue is the same on all devices connected to the router (tried multiple routers too) and different OS.

Here is a picture of a tracert loop to google.com, as you can see every 30 seconds to a minute there is a huge lag spike and sometimes it disconnects instead of this spike.

This is driving me nuts, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try bypassing the router by connecting your modem directly to the pc. If you get the same results, the problem lies with your ISP.

I'm using reliance broaband, the same is happening to me, no perfect solutions as of yet; i cant believe the Networking Head at the customer care, asks only to delete the cookies to resolve it :S
If you find any method; please please post here!
