Question Fresh build behaving weirdly

Hey there, i just did a major PC upgrade and I’ve run into a few issues. The pc boot is slow, takes a little to get to bios. When i turn on the pc the rgb turns on after around 10 seconds. AIO fans sometimes ramp up to max and I see a black screen for a few seconds then it goes back to normal.

Upgraded components are:
i9 12900k overclocked to 5.4ghz with asus AI oc (pulling around 265w on benchmarks)
Gigabyte waterforce 360 AIO
Asus rog Z690-e board
2x16gb kingston fury 6000 mhz ram(xmp 1, set to 6000 mhz clock in bios)
Samsung 980 pro 1 tb

Other (components from previous configuration) are:
RTX 3080 ti gigabyte eagle (350w under load)
Samsung 860 evo 500 gig
Kingston 1 tb ssd
Adata 250 gb ssd
WD 4 tb hdd
Nzxt c850 gold psu (is this the issue?)
3 case fans with rgb (coolermaster h500p mesh case)

Go in to task manager and click on the startup tab, in the upper right corner it will tell you the last bios startup time. What does it show?

Might want to check if there are any bios updates. As new as the platform is, there probably are.

The bios does have few updates, depending on the bios already on your board. All of the updates have system performance and stability improvements. Worth an update to see if this is the slowdown.

20.4 after bios update 0538 -> 1304. What could be the issue here :/ im puzzled, pc now works stable and fine after booting though, screen no longer goes black during usage
