Question Fresh build giving no POST, Display, or error codes

Just put together a brand new build, no windows install yet or anything, wont post, all of the lights & fans spin up specs are Motherboard: Gigabyte b450 ds3h v2. Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600. Gpu: 1660 Super. Ram: Adata 8gb x2. Psu: Apivea Prestige 800 watt gold rated. Have attempted reseating everything, Breadboarding, A different gpu, a different cmos battery

Which slots are you populating on the motherboard with your ram(kit)? Link to the rams used? As for your motherboard, can you source another processor(from a friend or neighbor)?

I used a gigabyte GT 1030 verified it was functional in another pc and put it in the correct slot and got the same result as the 1660 super. https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai...hUKEwjayYmyq7_6AhUELkQIHdh9DfcQww8IkRA&adurl= This is the ram im using, I’ve tested every slot & every slot configuration with the ram, and i do not have another AMD cpu that id be able to test
