Hi,
Im brand new to PCs and just finished building my first PC
- AMD Ryzen 5 1500x 3.5ghz Quad-core processor
- MSI B350 PC mate
- Crucial Ballistic Sport Lt 8gb (2x4gb) DDR4-2400 memory
- WD Caviar blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM internal hard drive
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB SC GAMING
- EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX power supply

So, I first powered on my computer for the first time and all the components inside seemed to work well. I then connected my PC to my TV via HDMI on the graphics card and it said "Reboot and select proper boot device" so I looked up how to solve this message and a forum that I found had said to fix this I had to remove the power and sata cables from my hard drive which I did. Luckily it went straight to BIOS.

I went to my other Win 10 laptop, inserted my 8gb flash drive, and proceeded to download windows 10 onto the flash drive using Microsoft media creation tool. Once complete, I stuck the USB flash drive into my computer, went on BIOS, selected my USB flash drive as boot priority, saved it, PC restarted, and there was no signal at all. Ive tried unplugging and replugging the hard drive cables and the HDMI cables, inserting Ram into different spots, and nothing has worked so far. Even tried smashing the F11, F12, and Delete keys on my USB keyboard and that also has not worked so far.
