Fresh Build Power Issues.

Hey guys, just completed my first build from scratch. When I first tried to power it on, I'm getting some strange results. First, I'm only able to power on from the motherboard. All case fans and the CPU fan turns on, lights on motherboard also power on. Keyboard and mouse are getting power, but the power button on my case isn't working and the computer won't boot to BIOS at all.

Anybody have any troubleshooting advice? Case is NXZT S340, Mobo is Biostar B350GT5. Thanks!
