[SOLVED] Fresh Computer - No post, no beep, no image

Hello Folks,

I was just puting together my temporary computer until all the parts arrived.

System:
Lets start with the components:
Processor: Ryzen 9 5950 x
Motherboard: Asus rog strix x570-i gaming
GPU: RTX 2080 (from my old build for now)
ram: 2x corsair vengeance led 2x 8gb 3000 (for now)
2x m2 ssd
PSU: only 550 watt be quiet 80+ gold from old pc (should be enough for testing?)

Diagnosis:
The computer turns on, all fans and LED's are running. No boot loop, but also neither image nor beep. (Beeper from old System is connected and should be working as it was in old system)
The DRAM LED is glowing up yellow pretty much the very moment I switch on the computer. (Although I suspect something else than the ram itself to be the issue)
Already tested both bars of ram explicitly, same result with either one bar of ram or both of them. Also both available slots do not do any difference.
The motherboard's Manual unfortunately gives absolutely zero statement about the error LEDS. It basically just says if either of the leds is glowing, you might have a problem.

Any Idea what the behavior could lead to?

Need BIOS update to boot that CPU.

UGH how gross. Well seems like I see myself stepping in the city to see if I can find a ryzen cpu

That motherboard might be able to flash BIOS without CPU. Check the manual.

nope, the manual is utter garbage. But good news. Managed to get the hands on another processor from a friend. Get to post screen

Updating Bios successful.
Swapping back successful.
