fresh format on kingston ssd? it not allow me to format whilst installing windows help!!

just put my pc back together after receiving my new motherboard but my ssd had my old windows and programs on it so i tried formatting it whilst i was freshly installing windows but it would not delete and i cant make it the the primary hard drive for windows to be installed into and to make things extra spicy im now getting bootmrg xD can someone solve my confusion? im a novice at pc parts but some how built one lol

Try disconnect all other hdds and ssds during setup.
Boot into Windows setup and delete all partitions on the SSD, then continue with installation.

Ive tried deleting through setup and removing my hdd i also get bootmgr error
