[SOLVED] Fresh install of windows 10 ethernet now not working?

I decided to do a fresh install of windows 10 after my pc had been running slow lately. After doing my fresh install my ethernet is not connected anymore even though it was prior. When I go into device manager it doesnt even show up under network adapters. Ive tried installing intels network adapters and that has done nothing as well.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs.

In Device Manager double check that, under View, "Show hidden devices" is selected.

Try running the Windows 10 built in troubleshooters. The Troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Are you able to run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" via the command prompt?

show hidden devices is selected and it still does not show an option

i did ipconfig earlier and all it says is windows ip configuration

Nvm I did a full recovery of Windows 10 and it installed all the drivers correctly this time
