[SOLVED] Fresh Install of windows after Very big hardware upgrade

So I upgraded my pc majorly and I was W.K. seeing if the reason I’ll am getting such bad performance is cause I need to do a fresh Install of windows?
Amd Phenom IIx4 Quad core - Amd Ryzen 3600 I get a 4.1 ghz boost
Gigabyte wind force GTX 760 2gb gpu to a RX 580 XFX Black edition. 8GB

Yes, do a clean install. Be sure to install all drivers after (GPU and chipset at a minimum).

It is highly recommended to reinstall Windows when you change motherboard. Not doing so can lead to stability and performance issues.

You need to reinstall Windows before you can start diagnosing any other issues.

You delete the partitions when you're booting to the Windows install media.

And yes, you want to get drivers. Windows 10 will try and find them, but you want to get the newest ones manually.

And yes you will need to reinstall everything including all drivers.
