Fresh Install/Reformat results in sound cracking/lagging/distorting

So I got a new SSD and I wanted to reformat to move my OS and whatever else I wanted onto it. After I reformatted and got everything installed, I've been noticing insane sound issues. What will happen is my sound begins to lag and crack incredibly bad. Everything is distorted and I can't really hear anything. Sometimes if I play a sound or something like that from another app that is open it goes back to perfectly normal. For instance, when I play League of Legends on occasion it will lag at the homepage in the client, but if I click a button there it will go back to normal for a few seconds before returning to what it was doing before.

I use Logitech G930s for my sound which are only USB. Even though they're just USB, I've tried installing the Realtek HD Audio Manager and I also tried installing DFX Audio Enhancer, as I've used it in the past. I have had this headset for a long time, and it has always been plug-n-play. I'm not sure if its something wrong hardware-wise or I am some how missing some crucial drivers. Initially I thought that it was drivers, but everything I have done so far hasn't changed it. As for hardware, my computer isn't old much at all.
Just a quick spec rundown in case it helps

A little info , mate, when you sue USB audio/headset devices they bypass the audio processing performed on the the chip so any sound is being relayed through the USB and is effectively being processed there through to your audio output device and in this case your headset.

Now onto the issue at hand!

Your motherboard checks out to have minor drivers to download that are necessary for Windows 10 operation with Audio and LAN being the two. That being said you're experiencing the issue due to improper support from the OS for your headset.

I've found these and hopefully they should help you out.
a| Logitech G930 on Windows 10 (How to)
or
b| You can find that Logitech now have a Logitech Gaming Software installer on their Wireless Gaming Headset G930 support page. Scroll down, from the drop down to choose OS select Windows 10 and download the app in the flavor that fits your OS type i.e 32 bit/64bit.

There is a thread regarding no support in the early stages of Windows 10 which I thought would be a good read though you're already frustrated by this ordeal so left it out :)
