Fresh Overclocking on CPU & GPU

Good afternoon. I am fresh to overclocking and would like to know a few tips and what not on overclocking the GPU and CPU. I will list my specs below and yes I know they are not the best but its what I got for now until I get my new ones later this year.

PSU - Corsair Gaming Series GS700
GPU - Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X 2G D5
CPU - AMD FX 8320 3.5GHz
MOBO - M5A99FX PRO R2.0
RAM - 8GB Kingston HYPER BEAST
COOLER - Corsair H100i
FANS - 7 Total (2) front Pulling (1) back pushing out (4) on H100i top
CASE - Corsair Carbide Series Air 540
SSD - 1TB

You have good cpu cooler I think If you have good cpu then you can get 4.8ghz. When you overclock then don't use auto voltage. It's ruins temps. Use manual. There are many tutorials in youtube. 4.8GHz is very optimistic for a FX 8320. And they should not be pushed over 60c in temps.
