G2A is not a valid reseller, per direct confirmation from Microsoft.
Win 8 Pro for $40 - If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...:no:

If you buy that 'key', you have nothing to put on a flash drive and install. You still have to get the actual installation from somewhere.

Just bite the bullet and buy a valid Win 8 or 8.1, from a valid reseller. Amazon, Newegg, TigerDirect....

I chose the solution right before you posted, but good call, I think I may end up just buying the disk. Not my money anyway :p
