Fresh Reinstall of windows?

Hey,

Soon arriving to my door will be an upgrade for my cpu and motherboard.

I currently have windows 10 pro installed onto my computer and I'm just wondering after switching out my cpu and motherboard will I have to reinstall windows?

Old CPU: AMD FX 6300 ... New CPU: Intel Pentium G4560
Old Mobo: ASRock N68-GS4 FX ... New Mobo: Gigabyte B250M

So my question is, re-installation of windows, or not?
