Hello, I'm trying to install a fresh copy of W10 from a USB. I ran the installer listed in the sticky tutorial and it seems to get stuck here, just a black screen with the W10 logo on it. I'm not sure what to do to fix this. The USB stick with the installer is already set to boot priority 1

What step of install does it get stuck?

Have you got the drive you want to install in as top of boot order?
your motherboard has a feature called Boot override, its on the save & exit tab.

Boot Override
Allows you to select a device to boot immediately. Press <Enter> on the device you select and select Yes to confirm. Your system will restart automatically and boot from that device.
page 43 of your manual - http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_z390-aorus-pro_wifi_1001_190708_e.pdf

Put USB in PC, and then boot into bios
set drive you want as windows as top of boot priority
on save & exit screen, pick boot override and pick USB - what this does is boots off USB only once, next restart it will use the boot priority listing, so that when windows gets to step where it restarts, it won't get stuck trying to restart the USB. It will use the drive it has just copied windows onto.
