Fresh Win7 install, but no network driver

Hi there,
So i had some troubles with my PC and i decided to reinstall windows on it.
So i did and everything went well, it booted up so i wanted to start downloading software but i ran into the problem that i don't have an internet connection.
In the troubleshooter is said: "Windows could not find a driver for your network adapter"
How can i fix this, since i have no acces to the internet, i won't be able to download the driver either right?

Use another pc or device that has access to the internet and download the LAN driver for your motherboard. Move the file you downloaded to the pc. Extract it and run the installer.
