Fresh windows 8.1 install, HDD not showing up

So I did a fresh install of Windows 8.1 because Windows 10 didn't work with my wi-fi adapter. Well, my boot drive shows up, as well as my 2TB external Toshiba drive.. but my Western Digital 1TB does not show up anywhere under "This PC" however in disk management it's clearly visible and healthy. What is going on here?

If the 1 TB hasnt been formatted, format it in disk management. And give it a letter if it doesnt have 1

I would like to keep all of the data on it though.

It does show up in Disk Management.

Scroll down under the drive detail.
