[SOLVED] Freshly built PC, fans spin but won't connect to monitor

Just finished building and testing my newly built PC. I turn it on and the fans spin to life, but after twenty or so seconds they both stop, then spin back to life again for another 20 seconds...

When I plug into a keyboard, the power light turns on for a few seconds but none of the fancy LEDs or the capslock light work. When I plug into a monitor nothing happens, even as I tap "del" continuously.

Please help, I'm a bit baffled and not sure what's wrong as each piece works on its own. I've already tried replugging and checking the PSU cables.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6 core
ASRock B450M Pro4 Micro
Corsair TX550M

That's all that's in right now.

What graphics card? You need one to boot that system as the 2600 doesnt sport integrated graphics of any type...

Well that's already good information. I took it out (same problem with it in), but it's the MSI Radeon RX580.

Keep the 580 in.

It sounds like its boot looping so I would try to reseat your ram.
BTW what ram kit is it?
