Question Freshly built PC having memory issues

Hi all!

I recently did a Mobo/RAM/CPU/GPU upgrade, but earlier existing problems still occur. Also it seems that i have some memory leaks.

Whenever i log onto facebook, videos start playing but eventually stops with a message that says they are currently unavailable.

Gaming Post Scriptum, and the game gradually becomes more and more unstable. And after 1-2 hours of gaming later it shuts down with a OOM message.

Editing a website on WIX, and suddenly halts due to OOM

Current build:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666MHz 16GB
ASUS ROG Strix B450-F GAMING, Socket-AM4

(Both memory disks are from old build)
Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" HDD
WD Green SSD-disk 240 GB (OS installed)

What do i do?

Fresh install of Windows with the new hardware?

Yes! Initially it booted on the old install of win, but i formatted the ssd and reinstalled it.

When editing on Wix today it happened again, the browser froze and i got an OOM message. Instead of freaking out I checked the task manager, and it was barely below 50%. I tried to get the OOM again, and there it was - when it exceeds 50-52 % it gives the OOM message. Can it be faulty RAM?
