Fried motherboard how did i do it?

So after building a computer and having it work functionally for about a month or so the motherboard ended up being fried here are the parts that matter

wondering if one or all of the parts overloaded the motherboard.

I mainly need to know if it was a problem with the parts
because if its not the parts then it is the way i assembled it thanks.

Processor:AMD A10 7890K A-Series APU with Radeon R7 Graphics & Wraith Cooler 4.1 4

motherboard:Gigabyte Micro ATX DDR3 2133 NA Motherboard GA-F2A88XM-D3HP

RAM:Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1333MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM (HX313C9FBK2/8),

Power supply:EVGA 430W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V/EPS12V Power Supply, 100-W1-0430-KR

I'm not sure what you fried.

A10-7890K supported memory is DDR3-2133MHz. You are way off using 1333MHz memory.

You should use a 8GB Kit (2x4GB) of DDR3-2133MHz. You would also need to enable:
Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) in the BIOS
One of the Profiles
Allows the BIOS to read the SPD data on XMP memory module(s) to enhance memory performance when enabled.
(see page 37 of downloadable motherboard manual.)

Gigabyte recommends that a power supply that can withstand high power consumption be used (500W or greater). If a power supply is used that does not provide the required power, the result can lead to an unstable or unbootable system.

Any GPU? Might have been a short in the install somewhere, (missed standoff, or not snug, could have been a component just fail...

no its an APU so integrated graphics
