Question Fried motherboard

Beer was spilled on top of my desktop computer, running down the mother board while it was turned on. I turned it off, cleaned what I could, let it dry and tried to turn it back on and nothing. I'm pretty sure the motherboard is fried, my question is will the rest of the components be fried as well? Hoping I can just replace the motherboard? Appreciate any help.

replace the motherboard.
if all works then all is well.
If not, then you need to troubleshoot other components to find out what all is effed and what needs to be replaced.

Unless you've got another system that you can throw everything but the CPU into in order to test then that's all you can really do for now is start replacing and testing parts one by one.
