Fried my PC on accident?

I'm not sure what happened an I don't know how to fix the situation. I was applying a new set of thermal paste after I took off the CPU fan put it back on go to start my PC, an then boom nothing happens someone please help me troubleshoot what did I do wrong. Overnight I took apart everything an reaplied them to see if I could fix it. Nothing I do fixes it I even tried to reset my bios

No nothing happens at all fren. It's like I broke the power supply

Unplug the psu and re plug everything, just to rule out something was knocked/not put back fully.

Make sure you have both atx power plugged in on motherboard. There is the 24 pin one and the 8 pin one. The 8 pin is to the left where you plug in cpu fan.

I would also check front panel connections, it's easy to upset them.

Are you getting any evidence of power (lights, fans) when you turn the PC on?
