Friend just installed a GTX 760/Playing Final Fantasy XIV.

She just upgraded her PSU and GPU, but she said everything feels slow now. On max settings in FFXIV, she's getting 58 FPS, but things are taking a long time to load and don't feel quite right.

She installed the newest drivers after installing her 760. Are the latest drivers buggy or anything?

Load times are most likely ram or drive related so check if anything got bumped loose during install.

Depending on what she had before in her system, the old drives may be messing with her. For example going from AMD to NVidia might be a big problem. Your best bet is to try to uninstall all GPU drivers, possibly use a cleaner program to make sure, then reinstall the latest drivers.

She upgraded from a GT630. She said the problems didn't occur until after updating to the newest drivers.

Should try the uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn't help simply get an older version of the drivers and try that.
