[SOLVED] Friend ordered a prebuilt from HP, missing VRM heat sink screw.

So a friend picked up a HP omen prebuilt from amazon and it just came today and inspected it, upon receiving it he noticed a screw missing and asked me what it was and it was the screw to one of the VRM heatsinks. He does not mind seeing if he can source a screw himself and just slap it in there himself. Any places to find screws? and can a zip tie do for now to hold him over or should he wait for the screw to come or is it ok to run the pc for now?

Home Depot or Lowes should be able to match up any screw.
