Friend want to buy a 780$ monitor for 160$ because of a dead pixel?

I bought a Asus Pg278QR for around 780$ around mars 2017. 4 days later I get a red dead pixel little to the left to the center. It has been used alot but for now its been collecting dust and a friend of mine wants to buy it but wants it for 165$ because of the dead pixel. He says green/red are the worst types of dead pixels. How much is it worth to sell?
