Question Friend's computer crashes when opening and closing games ?

Watching on a discord livestream every time he opens games or sometime not even doing anything, his computer shuts off without warning. He's tried putting a new PSU in and we watched coretemp/gpu temp and they are not high. I've looked at the crash dump from Windows and I can find ntkrnlmp.exe as the issue but i can't find anything else.

Give me a few mins. His computer is crashing when he opens taskmanger (cant sign now)

GPU: gtx1060 6gb
CPU: Ryzen 5 26000x He belives
RAM: 2 DDR4 16GB
Motherboard: Msi x470 gaming pro carbon
PSU: CORSAIR CX550 80 Plus Bronze 650 watt
As of this message he cant sign into his pc, because of crashing so often.

Does it just power off, does it auto-restart, or does it just shutdown?

Turns completely off without warning. He’s planing on reinstalling windows to see if it fixes the problem

That model is a 550w PSU, yet you posted 650w. Which is it?

Like i said, I don't know the original PSU. It just got replaced, I can pull up amazon listing he bought it from. PSU. I think its not the PSU because its been replaced.
