I just want to make sure the build will work fine for him. He said the price right now is good for him but I just want to make sure all the parts are going to work together well.

Everything looks good to me. That's amazing that you were about to get the 1080 for $450. I've seen some 1070 for the same price, and been thinking about picking one up. Will definitely consider the 1080 now, even though I only have 3 1080ps.

I don't like Seagate as I have had bad experience with multiple drives in the past, but you may get lucky. What quality and resolution are you looking at?

I know and he knows but he wants this pc to last him a few years and he said he might want to play more games he doesnt know since he hasn't really had a good enough computer to try.

All looks fine to me and that GTX1080 is a particularly fine find. :)

No big deal but just a couple of points:
Try to grab at least a <>120Gb SATA SSD for boot/Warcraft.
With an all air cooled setup like this, consider adding a pair of extra 120/140mm fans in the front as intakes, the GPU will particularly like extra air being directed backwards, into the case to feed its rear fan.
