Friend's Lite Gaming/ Music Making Machine - Build Help

My friend loves playing guitar, but has a crummy laptop to record his tracks or use software to edit, and want's a computer on a budget with what he can afford. Plus here and there, he would like to play minecraft or emulation purposes. Would this be a good build if someone were to install fl studio or audition?

I always try to add an aftermarket cooler because the CM ones are cheap and they're not loud 😛 When I used the stock cooler it would nearly blow my ears up

I just don't see a point, stock cooling isn't to loud, the stock cooler in my Rig isn't even that audible.

Lol I don't know about you but mine sounded like someone using a hairdryer and it's really annoying.
