Friends PC Build Help!

Hello my friend wants to build a PC for around 350-400$ for every thing, I have a cooler master eXtreme power plus power supply I am giving him. He will be playing games like Mafia II and Team Fortress 2, Portal 2 and stuff like that maybe battlefield 3 on low? The Grand Theft Auto series interests him a little so maybe that would be one thing he would play. Please respond soon because me and him are going on vacation and want to build it when he gets back so we can play over summer. He has Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard. Cool case, 3.0+ Ghz preferably and 4-6 Gb of ram 500GB hard drive.

What motherboard form can fit into his case? ATX? Micro ATX?

And I wouldn't use a Cooler Master PSU. They're not good.

He doesn't have a case, he needs everything. I love cooler master and of you can If a cheap psu add it in.
