Hello. I've tried everything I'm capable of at the moment. This consists of reseating GPUs, CPUs, verifying safe temps, reseating and replacing RAM, and verifying power connections.

Ryzen 3600X
B450 Tomahawk Max
16GB-3600 Corsair LPX DDR4
Corsair CX750M
5700 XT Red Devil
My friend's PC continuously crashes whenever he plays games. Specifically COD Vanguard in this case. Checking the event viewer yields the following:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Bus/Interconnect Error
Processor APIC ID: 0 (This ID changes, I assume for each thread)
I have the dmp file available too. I'm stumped as to why this is happening. This is the WhoCrashed report for the file:
