Question Friends PC randomly freezes and black-screens during Forza Horizon 5

My friend and I have been playing Forza Horizon 5 and his computer will randomly black-screen while playing, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when it occurs or how frequently it occurs. He has already gone through several steps such as disabling his second monitor, turning off literally every other program except Forza, changing all of his in-game settings, unplugging everything from his computer, updating/reinstalling graphics drivers.
I have had him check HWmonitor to try and see whether I could get more information from that.

As a note I had him streaming through discord a couple of times and the stream freezes as well.

Max CPU usage didn't go above 58%
Max GPU usage hit 100% but has also frozen at lower usages
RAM usage was around 66%

Max CPU temp was 69c
Max GPU temp was 82c
GPU Memory temp hit 97c
GPU "Hot Spot" Temp hit 105c


He is running windows 10
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
Motherboard: ROG Strix b450f gaming
RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 2133 MHz

We just noticed that every time the blackscreen occurs 3d GPU usage spikes to 100%, but overall GPU usage still doesn't matter what its at, it blackscreened at 80% usage
