[SOLVED] Friend's PC Red light DRAM

My friend's pc
MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk
32 GB Trident Z NEO RAM
Ryzen 5 5700x
RTX 2060 Super
NZXT X53 AIO
2TB WD BLACK M.2 SSD
Seasonic 850W PSU
My friend swapped the ram slots, tried them one at a time, but the RAM light led is still red. I'm going to his house tomorrow, so any methods that you can guys can think of is appreciated.

Clear the bios.
Unplug the psu
Pull the cmos battery from the mobo
Hold tge power button for 30s x2s
Reseat power button
Reseat power cord
Try reboot system
