fruit or veg. eg. vehicle corrosion = carrot

It's a crossword thing. "Arrange" means it's an anagram. 'Quiet' in
musical terms is 'piano', which is denoted on scores by the letter 'p'.

So, put it together, and you get "an anagram of 'a p tune'", which gives
you 'peanut'.
