PC:
cpu - Intel Core i5 8400
ram - 16,0GB Dual-Channel
motherboard - ASRock H310M-DGS
gpu - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti palit (1 fan)
storage - 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100
psu - Gtt Atx-450 (450w)

I want to upgrade my gpu from 1050ti palit to RX580 8gb

It will work? 450w are enough to use new gpu or did my motherboard support rx?

Solution
You should get a good PSU that is 80 Plus rated. 450W is right at the bare minimum recommended for a RX580. When it starts to get old, it may no longer put out enough power. Some factory overclocked cards may also require more, and require an additional power connector. I would go at least 100W above the minimum recommended, to be safe, and one with at least a single 8-pin (minimum required to run a RX580) and an additional 6+2 connector in case you end up getting a card that requires more.
