Hi guys,

Recently decide to switch from 16GB to 32GB RAM and bought Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB kit (CM4X16GC3200C16K2E).
The old kit is HyperX Predator 2x8GB kit (HX432C16PB3K2/16).

The issue is that the Corsair kit is working only on 2133MHz and it not booting on anything different than that.
Tried to boot on the only DOCP profile for it (3200MHz, 16-20-20-38, 1.35v) and also tried to manually set those timings + voltage, but it's not booting at all.
It's strange that the HyperX have 2 DOCP profiles (3000MHz CL15 and 3200MHz CL16) and the Corsair have only 1 (3200MHz, 16-20-20-38).
The Corsair was taken from another system (Ryzen 3600 / B450) and it was working at 3200 there.

Any idea if the issue is at the MB/CPU combo or should i try and get another 32GB kit?
It's kind of weird that the 16GB kit is running at 3200 and there is 0 issues and the 32GB is not booting on anything that the base 2133.

Here is the rest of the system:
ASUS Prime B450M-A
Ryzen 5 2600

The problem is the xmp profile. I had a ryzen tuned kit but I would imagine that's tuned to a 4xxx series or above, whereas those timings don't work well with the 1, 2 and 3xxx series! Other vendors offer more than one xmp profile for lower speeds but corsair don't. I've had hell with corsair memory and ryzen cpus the past year. Hopefully another user might know timings that will work bit you are probably better off with a 32gb Kingston kit.

Thanks for the reply.
I played all day today and it still don't work.
I'll end up selling that one and will buy another kit - I'm trying to decide between Adata XPG GAMMIX D10 and Kingston FURY Beast RGB.
I think I'll go wiht the Fury
