From sata2 to sata3

I have a laptop sony model number vpcf126fm?
I would like to know how I can know if it supports sata3 drive?
Currently there is HM641JI model hardisk in my laptop (5400 rpm sata 3gbit ) and I want to upgrade its features such as rpm or bus rate 6gbit

You can't change the RPM, except by putting in a different drive
And you can't change the motherboard properties of SATA 2 to SATA 3.

But for a spinning hard drive, SATA 2 vs SATA 3 does not matter.

In that case it is clear that I can us sata2 with 7200 rpm with my computer right? so
What woulld happend when I plugin sata3 drive into motherbord without having sata3 support but sata2?

Yes you can use a 7200RPM SATA 3 drive in a SATA 2 port. The 7200 will suck up your laptop battery faster, though.

Unknown. But if it did, they would probably say so.
Another way to (maybe) judge is look at when that laptop was sold, and when SATA 3 interfaces became standard.

I bought my laptop at 2010 and as far as I know sata 3 interface came out at 2009
