Question From upgrading to 1903 I am getting frame drops

Ever since I upgraded to windows 10 version 1903 I have been getting FPS drops

For example

ryzen 7 2700x
RTX 2070 Super
nzxt kraken x62
750 watt power supply rmx white
1tb ssd
16 gb ddr4 ram

I would consider: Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file

Sometimes there are burps during upgrades that can result in small peculiarities. Doing a repair install often fixes these.

Also, make sure that all your AMD drivers are up to date after the repair install. I keep the Radeon Settings (probably not applicable to you, but there's got to be similar) application running on my machine that monitors for driver upgrades.
