From using KMSpico to activate Win 10 Pro to using a genuine OEM license

After running many different antivirus scans the main KMSpico file directory seems to be deleted (Program Files/KMSpico/..) and the keys from registry aswell. And so is one .exe file from Windows folder aswell, i don't remember it's name..

So with these KMSpico things gone, am i safe to change the license to the genuine one and won't face no problems?

It is a normal windows, and is asking to be activated like it normally would now that the kmspico files are gone. What are the worst case scenarios if i just activate it now with the genuine license? Could Microsoft think that it's fake and deactivate it, take my license away?
