[SOLVED] From which application is this FPS-meter from?

Does anyone recognize this fps meter (top left)? I recently saw it and it annoys me. Here is a list of all processes running.

I dont see anything in the top left from your screen shot

Guessing it is Steam overlay even though it's green (I originally thought it was Fraps but can't see it in running apps?). Shift+Tab then 'In-Game' section.

Steams fps counter in the overlay is off.

I dont see anything in the top left from your screen shot

If you zoom in you can see "141" in green text in the top left of the screen. I have a 1440p monitor so it might be smaller than usual.

Solved - Razer Cortex had it's FPS counter enabled.
