From windows 7 32bit to 10 64bit

Hello,
So i have windows 7 32bit and i can move to windows 10.
My question is if i move to windows 10 it will be 32 or 64 bit?
P.s cpu is 64bit

By direct Upgrade, that will be Win 10 32bit.
You may be able to do a clean install of Win 10 64bit, and activate it with your Win 7 license. Of course, this is a full reinstall and will wipe out everything on that drive.
