Hello.I got a Segotep SG-Z2 as a case and i have 1 front intake,1 top intake and 1 back exhaust.I lowered the fron intake speed by a bunch, almost stopping it but the temps are not rising.Does that mean the position is not good for my setup/case?Should i change them around?
CPU: R5 1500x

Front - high intake
Top - Low exhaust
Rear - low exhaust

You don't have enough or good enough fans to make a significant difference. The temps are coming from sealed compartments within the CPU, gpu, motherboard and other places. Unless the front fan is blowing on a heatsink directly would there be a noticeable change. A closed case is sometimes warmer than a testbed. I can install 5 140 high performance fans if I could stand...

Unless the front fan is blowing on a heatsink directly would there be a noticeable change. A closed case is sometimes warmer than a testbed. I can install 5 140 high performance fans if I could stand the noise. That's the crossroads many come to with fans and their configurations. It's usually a balance between noise and cooling. Some of the more expensive fans are quiter than most. Larger fans such as 140mm instead of 120mm can move more air with less noise. Quality, noise and price... As it sits I have 2 front 140 fans, 1 140mm top fan, a 120 AIO liquid cooler for my EVGA 1080 Ti FTW3 Hybrid next to that and 1 140 mm rear fan. More and better fans could change the case's interior environment enough to change internal sensors. It can only do so much with ambient temps. https://s5.postimg.org/56wxtovnr/2018.png. I'm satisfied with my idle temps. My max temps.

are also in check. My CPU doesn't touch 70. Fan curves for the CPU and GPU would make more of an impact. A change in CPU heatsink fans(s) can help as well. Static fans are for radiators and heatsink. Case ans are used elsewhere. Keep it clean.
