Front and Rear Audio jacks not working with any microphones.

I tried this on two mics, my zalman clip on MIC, and my apple ear buds to see. Both of them are not working, but both are working fine on my phone. So I came to the assumption that they're not working. Its set to the default device and enabled, but how do I check if it was muted? They were working fine one day but after going out for a night I came back and it wasn't working. Not sure what I might have done. Any help?

Couple of things to try:

1. Make sure you have all the mobo drivers installed.
2. Make sure you have connected the front panel leads to the correct parts of the motherboard.

Everything worked before. Mobo drivers are installed and of course everything is connected properly. It just stopped working one day.

Open up device manager and check your sound drivers are installed correctly.

Yep, all good. The microphone(s) don't come up disabled. It's like they're muted or something. Not powering the microphone maybe? No idea.
