My front audio jack cuts, When I move with my chair (because I got a home studio) The cable moves aswell and the audio will only work on the left ear untill I push the 3.5mm jack a little inside so the sound will work on both ears.

I've tested my headphones with the phone jack and they work fine both ears with no issues when moving around with the cable. This problem is only with my PC.

How can I make the front audio jack more sturdy?

Simple answer is yo can't. If you want to tear it down then perhaps you could tinker with the front panel audio connectors on your chassis. Speaking of which we can't tell what chassis you have to work with. If it's from Corsair, well they make replacement front panel parts and also sell them on their site. Perhaps you have a case that has spare parts. On another note, you can contact the seller/case manufacturer and explain the issue to get a replacement front panel module free of charge.
