Bought a DVD writer today and installed it... The thing is that a wire popped out of place. Not just one individual one but the head. (It was a hassle just SATA cables in due to cable tying all my wires). I don't know what to call it though..

I REALLY hoped it wasn't the audio one but instead the mic jack since I just put my mic in the rear port anyways... turns out it was the audio one. I need to fix it though because my headphones won't reach ALL the way back to the rear.

If it really is necessary, i'll open it up to get a actual picture but I want to open it up when I know how to fix it.

Any idea what to do?

Most of those wire blocks are designed to insert/remove wires. You just have to determine what style yours is and push/pull the contact that allows the wire to be re-inserted... and then release it to hold the wire in place. Look for an exposed metal tab that you can either push in or pull out.
