Front fan installation?

Hello i have this case

and bought an 120mm fan for the front.
I did this for the first time so i'm not sure if i did it right.
I placed it in the spot that says "4" and the front of the fan is facing out. Is this correct?
Cant explain it well in english. I mean the front of the fan (it has a sticker on it) is visible from the front of the Case (if im clearer now)

A fan could blow either way. You want the fan to be moving the air inside the case so that it blows through the case and out the back.

So i did it right?
Thats why i wasnt sure.
Both ways seemed right to me.
I mean one way is the fan moving the air out of the case, and the other one the fan sucking cold air from the outside and let it through the back fan.
