Front fan screws wont fit!

I recently purchased a Corsair sp140 : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L64NST4?&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

I was planning to mount it to the front of my corsair 300r case, but when i got the fan i found out the screws they gave me were short screws. They were also larger than the holes at the front of the case, so i ended up mounting the fan as an exaust at the top back. My question is, where can i get screws that can fit the 300r front ? i really want to add a second fan to the front, but i don't know where to pick up those long smaller screws.

What about these rubber ones?

Don't think those will work in this instance as they are designed for standard chassis fan holes which are larger than the ones you have in the front.
