Front headphone port broken.

I'm certain my headphone aux imput is broken. Non of my headphones work on it but work elsewhere, the whole metal jack part is lose in the plastic, and my only problem is I can't find a replacement board to buy. I really don't mind buying a whole new board or fixing the problem myself, if you got a sugestion I can try it.

you cant get new front ports from phanteks? i could for a lian li (to upgrade to usb3 many years ago) and Fractal sent me out a new fan controller for free from sweden.
