Front IO Cables

I'm looking at building my own computer case and was wondering where i could buy the IO to go in the front, without spending a ridiculous amount. I really enjoy the Enermax Saberay but couldnt find the IO for it anywhere.

Do you need Enermax Saberay front I/O panel or will any front I/O panel do? If it's the latter then Corsair sells front I/O panels for their cases. With custom case you're making, one of Corsair's front I/O panels could do,

But if it's the 1st, contact Enermax and ask if they can ship a spare front I/O panel to you.
