Thinking about upgrading my rig with AIO water cooling. Due to case limitations, I would be mounting my radiator on the front of my case as an intake. My question is, would it make much of a difference if the radiator fans were inside of the rad vs. outside? Aesthetically I would rather have my fans on the inside of the radiator but I am concerned I would be limiting it's effectiveness. I am not really interested in buying a new case as NZXT no longer makes mine in BLUE! Any thoughts?

CASE: NZXT S340
COOLER: Cooler Master ML240P Mirage

If I understand you correctly, the fans would be between the rad and the case's front panel. That is generally the preferred way to mount them. Forcing cool air in and thru the rad. The only problem with the front mount rad is that warm air is then exhausted into the case. Usually not a big issue in a roomy, well ventilated case like yours.
