Front panel audio not working

Hi, I am having trouble with getting my mic and headset working with my computer. I know for a fact that the headset and mic both work. Are they compatible?

Here are my specs:

EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC
Corsair Vengeance LXP DDR4 2x8GB 2400 MHz
GIGABYTE GA-AX370 Gaming
